4 (6-INCH) whole wheat pitas
Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup light garlic-herb spreadable cheese
6 tbs shredded Asiago-cheese
1. Preheat broiler
2. Place pitas on baking sheet; broil for 3 min.
3. heat skillet over medium-high heat; coat pan with cooking spray. add zucchini, onion, pepper, and salt; saute for 3 mins or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
4 Remove pitas from over; spread 2 tbs garlic-herbs cheese over each pita. Top evenly with vegetables and Asiago cheese. broil 3 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and cheese melts.
Serves: 4 (seeing size 1 pizza)

*You can add other veggies to your liking such as mushrooms, olives etc. And also add any meat of your choice we added bacon at the very end once it was fully cooked. :)
